“Tyre Giveaway” Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1 The Promoter of this competition is Jedox Group Ltd, Registered Number SC696315, trading as Jedox Fleet Services, whose registered office is at 11 Muir Place, Houston Industrial Estate, Livingston EH54 5BF (“Promoter”).

1.2 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Facebook or Instagram.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to residents of Scotland only.

2.2 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.3 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition opens on 23 March 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 April 2026.

3.2 Purchases made outside this period will not qualify for entry.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Entry is automatic upon purchase of qualifying tyres during the Competition Period.

4.2 To qualify:

4.2.1 Purchase of two (2) Continental, Michelin or Goodyear tyres qualifies for one entry into the Airpods Pro 3 prize draw.

4.2.2 Purchase of four (4) Continental, Michelin or Goodyear tyres qualifies for one entry into the iPhone 17 Pro 256GB prize draw.

4.3Purchase of four (4) tyres qualifies for entry into the iPhone draw only and does not qualify for entry into both prize draws.

4.4 Only one entry per person and one entry per vehicle registration number will be permitted during the Competition Period.

4.5 Proof of purchase must be retained and may be required to validate entry.

5. Prizes

5.1 There are two prizes available:

5.1.1One (1) paid of AirPods Pro 3

5.1.2One (1) iPhone 17 Pro 256GB

5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances outsides its control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

6.2 The draw will take place via a live random draw conducted by the Promoter.

6.3 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Notification & Claiming the Prize

7.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

7.2 Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified.

7.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.

7.4 Winners must collect the prize from the Promoter’s premises and provide valid identification upon collection.

8. Fraud & Disqualification

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where there is reasonable suspicion of:

8.1.1Multiple entries in breach of these Terms;

8.1.2False or misleading information;

8.1.3Any other conduct deemed unfair or abusive.

8.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding disqualification is final.

9. Publicity

9.1 By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity, including photographs for promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise in writing.

10. Data Protection

10.1 The Promoter will collect personal data including name, telephone number, email address, vehicle registration and address for the purposes of administering this competition.

10.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10.3 Entry into the competition does not automatically subscribe entrants to marketing communications. Any marketing consent must be separately and expressly provided.

11. Liability

11.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed or misdirected.

11.2 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this competition or acceptance of a prize, except where caused by negligence of the Promoter.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

12. General

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
